The BonFeu BonPyra is one of the taller pieces in BonFeu's garden fireplace range — a pyramid-shaped body on three sturdy legs, designed to draw smoke up and away rather than out into the garden, with the practical details taken care of underneath.

Smoke management by design

The tapered, pyramid-like shape combined with a tall 14cm-diameter chimney pipe means the BonPyra handles its own smoke exhaust far better than a flat, open fire bowl — you'll notice a lot less smoke drifting back at you while you're sitting around it.

Easier to keep clean

A detachable spark screen keeps logs contained and stops sparks escaping while the fire's going, and a built-in ash tray at the back catches ash as it falls, so cleaning out the fireplace doesn't mean digging around inside a cold firebox. A log grid and poker are included to help manage the fire itself.

Three legs, solid footing

The BonPyra stands on three legs rather than four, which keeps it stable even on slightly uneven patio or lawn surfaces.

Finish and ageing

Finished in black steel, the BonPyra will develop some natural weathering with outdoor exposure over time, the same as any uncoated garden steelwork — that's normal, and part of how these pieces settle into a garden rather than something to be concerned about.

Accessories
